Masena UK Limited operates masena.com. This page explains what information we collect when you visit the site, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

What we collect

This is a static informational website. We use anonymous, cookieless analytics (see Third-party services below). We do not set cookies and we do not operate any sign-up forms or user accounts.

When you send us an email at [email protected], your name and email address are received and stored in our email system. We use that information only to respond to your enquiry.

Third-party services

The site uses the following external services that may process your IP address or set their own cookies:

  • Adobe Fonts (Typekit) — we load web fonts from use.typekit.net and p.typekit.net. Adobe may log requests and may set a cookie to verify font licensing. Adobe's privacy policy applies: adobe.com/privacy/policy.html.
  • Cloudflare R2 CDN — images are served from images.masena.com via Cloudflare R2. Cloudflare may log standard HTTP request data (IP address, browser, referrer) as part of its CDN infrastructure. Cloudflare's privacy policy applies: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
  • PostHog — we use PostHog for anonymous page view analytics. PostHog is configured in cookieless mode: it does not set cookies or store data in your browser. User identification uses a one-way server-side hash that cannot be reversed to identify you. PostHog's privacy policy applies: posthog.com/privacy.

We have no control over data collected by these third parties. We do not purchase or receive that data.

Cookies

Masena does not set any cookies. Adobe Fonts may set a licensing-verification cookie on typekit.net domains. PostHog is configured in cookieless mode and does not set any cookies or use browser storage. No cookie consent banner is shown because we do not set cookies ourselves.

Your rights

If you are located in the UK or European Economic Area, you have rights under data protection law, including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Because we collect very little data, exercising these rights is straightforward — contact us and we will respond promptly.

Data retention

Email correspondence is retained for as long as it is relevant to our business relationship, and deleted on request. We do not hold any other personal data.
